More than the amount of working days, even though in Italy we have more holidays than other countries, a crucial problem is the quality of work performance. This low quality is due to the fact that in Italy too many people do a job they do not like. Rightly, considering the few opportunities also due to the rigidity of the Italian labour market, they prefer to hold their job rather than trying to realise their dreams or follow their own attitudes. Doing something that you do not love and for which you are not keen on is not easy. This scenario decreases the productivity and the competitive capacity.
